I know… some of you are going to think I can never make up my mind. But today was the final straw. I wasn’t able to send email all afternoon. I spent an hour on the phone with Bell trying to figure out what the problem with the iphone was without any resolution. Bell admits they STILL are having issues with their new network handling the iPhone and many owners are still getting “no service” messages and have to reboot the phone to get back on the network. I bought the phone the first day Bell made them available, November 4th, 2009. I would have thought the network/phone had been tested and all bugs resolved. This must be a big one as it still is causing them problems.

So tonight, I returned to the store when I bought the phone and asked them to put it, and me, out of my misery and disconnect it. They tried to fix it too without any luck, and this is the replacement phone I just got a week or so ago. Sorry Bell, but I can’t run a business with your Fisher Price iPhone. I need a phone designed for the business world, not teens. I did like the phone and paid a lot for “apps”, but I can’t take it any more. My shattered nerves are frazzled dealing with all the problems this phone has caused me over the last two months.

So bye bye iphone, hello Blackberry Curve. Welcome home!
